Oh Gosh! It's The List!!

Without even noticing how time slowly slipped pass me, it's December already! Gosh, it seems like only yesterday we celebrated new year! Well, in few more weeks, 2012 will come right in front of us and show us how much we have learnt and how many good things we have missed last year. This year, I've decided I need to make a wishlist for things I want for a brand new year, regardless I can afford it or not. A plan is what that matters since it's only a 'wish' list. :)

Most of the things in my wishlist are electronic gadget, cause I am a computer freak! I love everything about technology, computers, gadgets, etc... And I thought that I never really have a proper electronic gadget except my cell phone that I could make use of in study, entertainment or whatsoever.

*Drum rolls*

Now,

Here's The LIST:
1) A new cell phone
2) An ipod touch
3) A camera
4) A Kindle reader
5) An awesome vacation with my boy
6) More SHOES!!!

I guess I need to explain why these things are on my list. Apart from a new phone which is neccessary as my current phone is pretty much 'dying', I want an ipod touch and/or a camera. Ipod touch is for me to enjoy musics, reading ebooks, and those apps, argh I can't wait to see what I can do with them! On the other hand, the camera idea came when I thought that as I am turning 20 soon, I need a camera to capture those beautiful moments in my life. They won't come twice, I decide this is the perfect time to put them in halt before they go away. I also want more pictures with my family, friends, and the bf so that I can keep them in mind all the time. :)

Next one is a kindle reader! Ahh... In fact I just made my decision to put it into my wishlist half an hr ago. For people who know me should know that I am an avid reader! I love reading, any books I mean. I thought it would be nice to have an e-book reader where I can bring them everywhere without having to carry those 'weighy' tree-books. Nice huh? Not to mention it can save our poor mother nature that is being cut bald every minute now.

Now the next one, ahh, a vacation! That is exactly what I need now, especially with the one I love. Can't explain how wonderful it will be, well, of course, to plan a great vacation, I will need some cash to make it great. I guess, we just need to start saving up some money. Hear me? <3

Last but not least, more SHOES! Please raise your hand if you agree with me. How can new year comes without some new shoes? I know right, it's awful. So first thing first, I need to visit some nice shops and get some nice heels and have a nice opening for the new year. Sounds like a plan aye? You gorgeous fella, here I come!!! :*

The Enemy with the name starts with 'E'

My latest enemy = Examination

I am back! But not for something good, of course. I AM HIGHLY STRESSED OUT FOR EXAM! Literary. So thought I should write something to release tension. :D

Well, as a pharmacy undergraduate, examination is HELL! Lots of stuffs to study and most dreadful part, is to memorize all of them! Yes, I mean almost all of them. For this term, I have taken subjects like Anatomy (It spells HELL!), Physiology, Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry, and so on. I know deeply in my heart that I will never be able cover all the topics, what more memorizing them (Nah, I don't know how some people do it!). So I decided to just take my time to understand what I can.

I am sure a lot of people encounter this same situation: Unable to stick to your books or notes or whatsoever as the exam days approach. Especially for us, I mean me and my coursemate, we have study break 1 week before exam. I find this week extremely unproductive and it definitely has slow down my revision progress. Like WTH? I don't know why is this happening. Why can't we just order our stupid brain to stop running around and think about foods, movies, games, party and stuffs? IDK. Maybe if I am clever enough I could be able to do that. :D

Anyway, study is a priority right now. Too bad I have to miss out all the fun that are going on lately. Good luck to everyone who is having exam, or will be having exam! (Don't screw it!) :) xx

A note to people

Dear everyone,

I am not as confident as I seem. I may not be confident at all. There are always fear in my heart. Fear for the unknown, and for the future. I am the only one who knows what happen inside when everyone sees only the smile I hang outside. Please stop saying that I am a confident girl cause you don't know me.

Love,
Fiona.

Review: Curling Hair using Curl Rollers.

Hey guys, just a quick one here. I had a lot of fun doing new hairstyles for my hair. The most fundamental step to create great look with simple hair styles is to curl it. Well lately I've been curling my hair using some curl rollers, instead of heating curling iron. I found the result quite satisfying. It turns out to be very naturally and the curls also last longer. Some of my friends even said that the curls are more defined then those I curled using a curling iron.

Curling your hair using curl rollers are easier than using a curling iron. All you need is to get a lot of curl rollers, yes I do mean a lot, cause you can't curl too much of hair in a single roller, especially if you have thick and long hair like me. And for the type of curl roller, I have both classic type and velcro type. I found the second type not as effective as the classic one. It doesn't curl you hair nicely especially for layered hair like mine, and even if it did, it can't last longer than the curls created from the classic type. Prior to putting on your curl rollers, wet your hair a little bit. This is vital to create natural curls. You don't have to make it super wet that water can drip from your hair, just 60-70% should be enough. If you are not going to sleep with the curl rollers overnight, then you should not wet it anything more than that cause if it doesn't dry on time, your curls won't formed. I've tried putting up curl rollers 2 hours before styling it. I wet it to about 50%, and it still works! Hairspray helps too!

Sadly I don't have any picture of my curls with me now, but will try and get one and share it here. Till then, have fun with your hair! :)

Picture of Ariana Grande.
BTW she is a very good singer and she is just 18 years old!!!

Just ended one a couple of days ago.
Not seeing a slightest sign sadness, or dissapointment in me.
'Nothing' is what I feel now.
Is this what you are suppose to feel
when you realize that its no longer working.

I realize all the relationships I had are not the one I want.
None of them ever makes me feel like they are the one.
I should probably revise my BF blueprint.

5 weird ways to release stress

Hey people. Holiday is going to end very soon, and its going to be so hard to get back to our normal track. Thinking that I have to undergo the hectic life again is so unbearable. The stress of studies, examination, and assignment. Well everyone has their own way to deal with when it come to stress. So today I just sort of feel like sharing my kinda 'weird' way to release stress.

First of all, when I feel stress, I like to reorganise my stuffs. Things from my desk, book shelves, to closet. During the process of cleaning up my stuffs, I am able to focus my mind on something else, cause u know, I have so many belongings which only god knows why. After the reorganisation, it feels a lot better when I see that everything is so in order and neat. Not a bad way to release stress if anyone wants to try on it.

Second thing is I like to cut paper using a pair of scissors. Yes cutting paper during stress is one of my favorite things to do. Cutting paper, making bookscrap, making handicraft, as long as it involve cutting paper, it will definitely helps in reducing stress. Well, don't ask me how to works, cause I don't know. All I know is I like the feeling of cutting paper using a pair of scissors.

Another thing that also helps in reducing my stress is wrapping books. I found wrapping books very relaxing and it helps me enjoy the feeling of making something beautiful. So I like wrapping books a lot, those who knows me knows its like one of my hobbies.

Then its reading. I love reading when I am so tense. But its one of the common way to release stress so I don't think I should elaborate. Okay, besides reading, theres also writing. Writing is a very good way to express your emotion. I've once seen a blogger said : 'I write to express, not to impress', which is very true. This is a more proper and also more common way to deal with stress.

A little bit of stress can help in motivating one in doing something, which I would say is a good thing. But if theres too many stress in one, bad things could happen. Its the law of physics that said a rubber will break if the tension exerts to it goes over the limit. So even newton said so, who are you to say no?

Alternative Rock Never Die!

 photos and images hand gestures

Alternative rock or should I say rock music never die , I don't listen to songs that I can sing to, but I listen to songs that make me high. Alternative rock is almost orgasmic to me. Mmm.. :p

I think it all started when I was still in very young age, when my dad listened to all those pop and country rock like Bee Gees, Eagles and all the cool stuffs, and I was amazed by guitars and country stuffs. Then I started to grow up and I started listening to alternative rock. Now I listened and I love alt. rock, country rock, pop rock and all sorta rock music, except of black metal which freak me out a lot.

Though not many people understands why I love alternative rock, not even my own sister could understand, she said why is it cool with all the screaming stuffs. But do I look like those type of girls who listen to r&b or teen pop or whatsoever? Okay, here's the truth, I love alternative rock, or sometimes I do love pop rock or a bit of heavy metal (Huh??).

I don't quite believe that nowadays youngster know if there's such thing as alternative rock in this holy freaking world. Count the people who raise hands when u say bands like papa roach, mcr, We The Kings, or something like simple plan and all american reject, and you can see the world are so pathetic that not many people left who adore music like this.

I am not trying to say that I don't like other genre but I think people in this world should appreciate music like those instead of some justin bieber shit. I do like some other r&b music but being in love alt. rock is so incredible. Remember what I mentioned, ORGASMIC! ORGASMIC man!

An Ordinary Day with some Ordinary Stuffs

Its been a while but I have the sudden urge to blog, so just let me be. :)

Well, I started off my day today by continue watching a Taiwan drama series I've been catching up for the whole week, namely Sunny Happiness. Yea, I know, the name is kinda lame (and meaningless) but its really a not bad movie, at least its not one of those dramatic dramas that often give me headache. For the record, I really don't watch drama series much, especially Chinese one, and I happen to be a pure chinese though@@ I know. I just hate shows that put up so much dramas that they don't even feel real or fit into the reality. However I do watch some nice TV shows from US to entertain myself, like Chuck, Leverage, Wipeout, CSI (my favorite!), and some other funny one.

After finishing the drama to the finale, I managed to watch another movie which I've been dying to watch for the past few days, but unfortunately I was getting my hands on something else that I can only manage to watch it today. Yeah, Dylan Dog Dead of Night, sounds a bit funny aye? I thought so too. Its a horror comedy film, which tends to be more horror than comedy, still I laughed through half of it and screamed a bit at the end, LOL! (I'm a serious screamer!) Here comes the brief movie review. Hmm... It's not the best horror comedy I've ever watched, neither the best horror nor the best comedy, but still its quite fun to watch. Nothing much to be expected from the plot, its a simple one. Dylan Dog is the type of horror comedy like Zombieland and the Scary Movie. Its not as good as Zombieland but its a little wee better than Scary Movie. If you get bored easily, I will say that you shouldn't watch it, just saying. :)

Mmmm.. Sometimes it feels really good, to write about things, I'm not a very good writer though. But if you are interested in whatever I am working on, or just curious about me, don't hesitate to follow me.

Quote of the day - Action is the real measure of intelligence. - Napoleon Hill

Sorry for not updating my blog very often, cause I found myself staring at the small blank space in front of me when I click for a new post. Well, so I thought to not let my blog look like an abandoned ruin, I will just simply update you guys about my life. :)

Well, if you haven't see it in my status update on my facebook, I will just make it brief here that I found out an ex-friend of mine, or I would rather say that she is my friendnemy has called me dumb in her blog. I know I shouldn't be pissed off, which I really am not at stupid thing like this. The blog has been like months ago, still it doesn't feel right, or should I say it doesn't feel me, if I don't let her know I am not like what she thought. Okay, to clear your confusion, she also said that I am not friend with her anymore because I am jealous with her. This is the part that I am not quite clear. I hope she is just joking, cause she is so wrong about that. LOL! I can't even imagine she thinks that I am jealous at her. Oh gosh! I feel like laughing out loud! Excuse me? I don't think you have a brain.

I am not really the kind of person who jealous at people, but if I really do, I will consider it as admire instead of jealous. Listen out, I think you are the person who is jealous at me. I respect everyone as who they are, unlike you, I don't use my friends or anyone to achieve my goal. Here a little piece of advice for you, if you want to use someone again to achieve your goal, please don't use your friend anymore, I would rather you use a stranger than hurting people around you.

I think that's the end of that story, and here's another. For those who don't know yet, I am going to pursue my studies in pharmacy on August. Well, it's not really what I expected, but I am still glad I made this decision too. I think pharmacist will suits me very well. :) And to all my friends who got what they want, and those who are still waiting, a very good luck from me to you! You all are the best that I know. Muah! <3 :)

Much love,
Fiona.

How to Melt a Cooking Chocolate without overheating it

Well, the first time I actually melt a chocolate is when I tried to decorate a butter cake for father's day. I googled about melting chocolate before I did it and I was really wise to read before doing anything.

Here's some tips on melting chocolate:
1) Remember chocolate will become unworkable when they meet water so make sure all the utensils are completely dry including the spoon or spatula.
2) Don't use wooden spoon or plastic spoon, use metal spoon instead.
3) Do not use high temperature to heat the chocolate and NO direct contact of chocolate with heat, or the chocolate will overheat and forms lumps and become grainy.
4) If the chocolate is overheated, add some oil (eg olive oil).
5) The chocolate must be stirred continuously when melting.

These tips are very important to produce smooth and successful melted chocolate.
Some people are very confused in melting chocolate especially for people who are doing it for the first time. I find it not very difficult as some people think if you follow the instruction correctly. There are several methods to melt chocolate such as using microwave or a method they called double boiler.

Double boiler is simply a method which the chocolate is melted in a water bath except the pan containing the chocolate does not touch the water contained by the other pan/pot otherwise the heat transfer will be so direct and fast that will caused the chocolate to be overheated.

Steps to melt chocolate:
1) The cooking chocolate must be broken down into small chunks of even size.
2) Heat a saucepan until it is boiled. Then lower the fire of the stove.
3) While the steam is still produced by the water, put another smaller saucepan or a heat-proof bowl in the larger saucepan. Make sure the water does not reach the smaller saucepan.
4) Slowly stir the chocolate as they will start to melt. Keep stirring them for 2-3 minutes or until they almost melt and remove them from heat.
5) The residue heat will make sure the remaining chocolate melts or else the chocolate will be overheated.
6) Let the chocolate cool down a bit but not too much then they are ready to be used.

The melted chocolate can be used as topping for muffins, cakes or you can also dip fruits or marshmallows in the melted chocolate. :)

Melting chocolate could be so easy if only you do it patiently. :)
Thanks for reading this! Have a nice day!

The Making of Oreo Butter Cake

Hey guys and girls! How's your father's day? Hope every daddy in the world is having some fun. Us kids have took a lot of effort to make this day happening! Like me, I have done some little surprise for my daddy today. Basically I have made an Oreo butter cake for my dad, but wait a second, we all know that I can't bake. So what I did was, I went and bought a ready made butter cake without any topping from the bakery shop, then I went back home and decorate it as my own cake. Easy peasy. :)

My sister and I decided to make an Oreo chocolate butter cake. *wink* So today I am going to share how I did this cake easily without having to switch on your oven and do some baking.

First of all, what we do is we crunch some Oreo cookies. Crunch them until they are powder-like. Then they are ready to be used. Next is the difficult part. Melting the cooking chocolate and use them as topping with the Oreo sprinkle.

If you do not know how to melt chocolate without overheating them, please click on the link below:

After melting the chocolate they are ready to be used to cover the butter cake. If you are worry that the chocolate is not enough, you can always melt a second batch as backup. In case you do not need them, you can stored them in the fridge and reheat them when you need them. My sister used the leftover of the chocolate and dipped her strawberry in, it tasted something like the strawberry dip in the chocolate fountain.

To cover the butter cake with chocolate, we used a bread knife to create a smooth surface covering with chocolate. The top of the cake should be covered with thin layer while on the other hand, the side part should be covered with a slightly thicker layer of chocolate. After that we sprinkle the Oreo powder on the top and tada!

I know it's kinda messy and I shouldn't have posted this up, but I want people to know how to do a little surprise without having to BAKE a cake which is really a pain in the ass, I KNOW!! My dad was so surprise when we told him that we actually did this cake by ourselves cause at first we told him we bought this cake for him.

Hope you all like what you see and leave a comment to tell me what you think. Till then, xoxo :)

Mix & Match with [little yellow dress]

Hey everyone its been a long while since I blogged and I admit that I have been uninspired for a very long time. Well since this is first post after the big holiday from blogger, I have decided to do something very fun I would say and somehow hope it would be useful to some people. Yes, like the title has said, its about a fashion mix and match!

In this post I am going to show how I mix and match some clothing that had been stereotypically thought that can only wear once in certain occasion. However to me, every clothes or dress has the op
portunity to mingle around with different accessories, which means as you accessorize yourselves with different garments or accessories, you will find that the outcome could be different as well that it might surprise you. :)

The subject I am going to use today is the yellow colour short dress I wore to my graduation dinner. Well, the photo quality has been a little poor but let's just focus on how I combine different garments together. I have tried to mix the dress with a black colour vest, a long jacket, a short tutu skirt and also a pair of jeans. Now here's a photo of the dress itself (I know I don't look very good and also I curled my hair to fit the rockstar style that I tried to do) :

Original look
As you can see the quality of the photo is not very good. This is my yellow dress and there's a small belt a bit above my waist. I haven't prepare this look very well so apology from me. :)
Now let's see the second look that we can obtain from this dress. I put on a black colour vest and I was not wearing any shoes but any stilettos or gladiator heels will do. If you have a black colour boots, I think it will go well with this look too.

Second look

Okay, here's the second look I created with a vest and the yellow dress. I personally think it's kind of cool. :p
Now let's move on to the third look:

Third look
This is the third look and I combine a jacket and the dress together. I used to bought this jacket because it reminds me of the sexy girl on motorcycle. Teehee. :p Now when it goes together with this dress, it created a rather casual look to me and this look can always goes with boots or even ballet flats.
Next is the fourth look:

Fourth look

Well, this is most likely my favorite look of all, because I am such a big fan of tutu skirt, they are just too cute. Hehe. This is also an easy look to nail for a date night or to attend a party.
Here's the last look which I combine the dress with a pair of long jeans. This time the dress will act as a yellow top and to nail this look, I accessorize with a vest which I used earlier before. Together they make a really cool look especially for tall people. :)

Fifth look

I hope you guys enjoy this and feel free to try them out! :)

Song of The Week* P!nk - Fuckin' Perfect

Hey peeps, it's time for song of the week AGAIN! Well, it has been a delay recently due to exam. I have also been running out of what song should I feature this week. Last night me and my friends are choosing a song to perform on a party and finally we decided to use this song. I know most of the people know this song, but what I want to emphasize is the music video and the story behind it. This is a very meaningful and inspiring song. I bet almost every teenager encounters things like this, but at the end, some manage to cope it and some did not. I dedicated this song to everyone, so that this song could helps whenever you face difficulty, no matter what it is. :) Enjoy!

Lyrics:

May 5, 2011

Love ever, hate never.

I came across with this picture of love a moment ago. It is very cute and sweet enough. It sorts of remind me to love everyone around me, including those I have not been talking too much lately but I have not forgot you.

Love is an important element of all. No matter how many hardship we endure, love is always there for us. Especially with so many crimes and wars going around, not to mention those small little fights that almost each and every one of us probably has everyday. Have you ever stop and wonder how long have you quit loving someone or something? Have you stop loving yourself?

I believe that love is the solution to all problems. With love, there will not be hatred, argument, fights, wars, and hurts. If you are feeling annoyed or irritated, think for a moment on how much you love somebody or even how much you love yourself. If you are feeling down, remind yourself that there is always 2 person that love you no matter what - your parents and that they have sacrifice a lot to prove their love to you.

I love everyone I have in my life, even though sometimes we do not get along well, or we do not agree on something. But I know we all happened to be each other's life for a reason. I will try my best to love everyone as much as I could, like how I want everyone to love me. :)

Let us always meet each other with smile, for the smile is the beginning of love. - Mother Teresa

Racism.

I do not hate people with different skin colour but I do hate people who hate people for that.

Of course we always have these kind of people around us, hating people with different races/skin colour. I have issues with people who are racists all the time because I do not understand why skin colour could make people different. I might as well blog about my experience next time, OR NOT. Remember that skin colour can be changed but it does not change what is it in us. Let's love but not hate.

Embrace everyone, love the world!

Truth or Hoax? Death of A Murderer of 3000 People

Good afternoon boys and girls, if you have already read the news, you must have known about the news that Osama Bin Laden, the murderer of 3000 people in the 911 incident was killed in an operation by the US army. In
case you haven't seen the news yet, I am telling you here, YES, Osama Bin Laden is dead and the US President Barack Obama confirm it.

This is a very thrilling news indeed. Like what President Barack Obama said: "Justice has been done." From some of the pictures I saw in the internet, people in US are celebrating about this news. Citizens and some family or friends of victims in 911 incident, are all glad that this cruel and brutal terrorist is killed.

Stepping into the 10th anniversary of the attack of Wo
rld Trade Centre in September 11, 2001, people would not have forgot what that incident have brought to people in US and the economy in US. They even said that it had brought huge damage to US intelligence.

I surfed on the internet and saw that there are many people wondering whether this is real or is this a hoax. Including me of course. However, President Barack Obama confirm it himself last night at the White House. I am not so sure that how they manage to identify the body they killed was belonged to Osama Bin Laden or is this another scam that the government used to convince people that he is dead. They did not
include pictures or evidence that really showed that his body is found. This is hard to convince some people that he is dead as rumors have been going round many times but none of that are true.

Well... No matter how, we cannot ignore the fact that thousands of people was murdered under his hand and the terror that he gave to people. Even if he is dead, that cannot bring back all the people who die because of him in September 11 2001, we can only hope that they can stop him from killing more people.

Let's take 1 minute to mourn as a memorial to people that were killed in that incident.

Life is not on the hand of human, but on the hand of god.

Song of The Week* Bullet For My Valentine - Tears Don't Fall

Well... It's time for Song of The Week again. Sorry for the delay if any of you have been keeping up on this. There's a internet problem at my place AGAIN. This week, (well..it's already Sunday) the featured song is Tears Don't Fall from Bullet For My Valentine. I have been thinking a lot before posting this. I know I know... This song is so-not-fiona, but this is a really nice song that I would really love to recommend. Apart from other songs from BFMV, this is one of the best! (I am not a fan of BFMV though). I especially love the guitar part and this song is VERY uplifting! OMiGosh! When I was telling I feel like listening to it again. :D So guys, enjoy!!!

How Did Dinosaurs Say Goodnight?

When I was doing my biology project and searching for info about dinosaurs. I accidentally saw something came out on google quick search engine AGAIN. Well, I think it's quite funny so I snap a screenshot of it.

I have no idea who the heck will go and search on something like this on Google. But it's worth a laugh. Have a nice day!

Well... FUCK!

I have run out of place to express my vulgarism so I turn to here. I know there's not much people viewing this blog, so I don't care so much. :)

Yeah... I am feeling so down and fill with so much hatred. What the hell is wrong with world! Duh, the world is never right. So like what Eminem said, FUCK THE WHOLE UNIVERSE!

Never Say Never, Ever?

It has been like a trend nowadays for celebrity to make documentary or reality shows about themselves. Why are celebrity exposing to the public about their life while they busy ditching off paparazzi. It's all a money-making scheme.
There's a new Bieber fever coming up recently, his documentary movie Justin Bieber: Never Say Never. I believe that almost every youngster are aware about this, some even awaiting for this so-called documentary. Of course, there are also objections, that including me. I have no idea why a young people like Justin Bieber would need a documentary about him? Duh? Like I said, it's just a money-making scheme. We all know that Justin Bieber has create a heat stroke among the young girls. Making a documentary movie will definitely make millions dollar into their pocket.
What does he have to have the honour to make such a documentary? Even Michael Jackson have a documentary after he is in the coffin! Well... I am not trying to say that he doesn't sing well, or he looks ugly. It's just that he is too young to expose his life to the public, to make money moreover? To me, they are just using him to cheat young girls' pocket money. I have no single clue that what makes his movie so interesting that girls go crazy about it huh?
My sister is a Bieber fans (Bielieber). I always wonder why is she so crazy about him (including Selena Gomez). Yea, he has the look, money and voice and everything, but so many people or celebrity deserve this more than him.
The entertainment biz has reach a downfall that they have to make money out of young kids. Please stop doing that and musics are not just about money. More singers deserve what they deserve!

Fellowship Through Service

Photo by Dato Sri Jitco Chin

On 16 April and 17 April, I attended the District Rotaract Assembly (DRA). This event is held at The Royale Bintang Resort in Seremban. Since this event is carried out in Seremban, we have to travel a long journey, sacrificing time and energy to attend it. Truth to be told, it is tiring, and we have to pay 100 something for it. However, what we learnt during our time in DRA worth more than just 100 bucks.

Well, DRA is like a typical rotaract/interact assembly, with a lot of talks and discussion. What makes it so challenging this time for me is that the difficulty we have to travel so far and making this event so successful in such a short time. In this 2 days 1 night, we have 3 talks, 3 discussion session and 1 banquet dinner. Imagine how hard it is for everyone to absorb so many information in not more than 48 hours, not to mention how hard it is for the committee member.

I am not going to talk about what have happen in that assembly or what we have done. The important part is what we have learnt and what we gain at the end. One thing that I am really grateful about is making friends with all these kind and amazing people. I made a few friends which are foreign students. What I love about them is they think BIG! They have really cool opinions and thoughts which some Malaysian wouldn’t think of sometimes. Apart from that the other rotaracters are awesome as well. They bombarded me with ideas that I have never thought of and open a new pathway of thinking in my brain.

Talking with people elder than me taught me to think of people other than myself, people that are not significant, but are one part of the society. They know more things than me, and are more experienced. Now I know how to eliminate some immature thoughts and actions. One of the examples is by Prof. Suresh Govind. He is an amazing speaker that taught us how to utilize our potential in giving it back to the society. For example, he taught us how to respond to different thing that gives you different effects. Brain is the master mind of human and we can always control what to think and interpret which lead to how we respond to things.

The purpose of me writing this blog is to tell that why I love being a child of Rotary, an interacter or a rotaracter. It makes me a better person. I hope that more people will join Rotaract, especially my friends. You will gain more than what you sacrifice in time. Some more youngster are suppose to be restless right. Reach your nearest rotaracter to join, we can all fellowship through service.

Song of the Week* Who Says - Selena Gomez

Sorry for the delay for the song of the week in case you have been paying attention to me. I have been really busy for the weekend. So this week (last week in fast), my featured song is Who Says by our very lovely Selena Gomez. I personally think that she did really well in her new album lately apart from the shocking news of her affair with JB. This news has pretty much upset her fans for sure. Well... let's put away all her negative news and enjoy her latest single.

Song of the Week* Broken Hearts and Fairytales - Jake Coco

Hey guys, a week has passed and here's another song of the week. I hope you all have a tremendous week.

Well, if you have been paying attention to my Facebook, I am sure you realize that I have shared this video few days before this. This is an original song from a Youtube singer Jake Coco which I adore so much lately. He has a really sweet voice and he did a lot of covers on many hits songs too.

This song is so nice that I will feel guilty if I don't feature this as my song of the week. I love this song so much that I have to listen to it a few times every day. Hope you guys love it as much as I do too, and share it around to support this talented and dedicated artist.

P/s: One of the best part of this song is how he play the piano so beautifully!

How to Charge an iPod using electrolytes and an onion

To all the Apple lovers, here's a video that I seriously think I need to share.
I have no idea whether it really works but try at your own risk.

This is a parody.

Branded or NOT??

"Dressing is the way of life." - Yves Saint Laurent

In this 21st century, who doesn't know anything about Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and so on? Even a kid of 15 years old knows more about branding than a 60 years old woman. What makes me in a dillemma is that many young adult already wearing at least 1 designer clothes or bag or shoes, and the worst is bragging around with them.

Book of The Month: Damian's Assassin

For the second time today, I am blogging again. This time I want to blog on a book. Well, long live to all the book lovers out there! Today the subject that I am going to blog on is an awesome ebook that u can't get it in any bookstore. Why am I saying that this book is not in the bookstore? It's not like I have got a pass to preview a new book, this book is from a new author named Lizzy Ford and they are not selling this book in the bookstore now, yet.

My Red Hair Diary

Hey folks, here am I blogging again! (sounds excited) I have been wanting to post something on my blog, but I have not found something to actually blog about. I don't want to leave my blog unattended and looks miserable. Well... today I finally found something to blog about and make some spare time to do it!

As some of you might know or might not know, I got some red highlights on my hair last year. What I mean for last year is few months back, on Christmas Eve. I was back in Sandakan, and I went to get a new hairstyle for myself. First of all, RED is not my preference! I never plan or design myself a red highlight. Its actually purple. this purple

Nice huh? I wasn't going to dye my whole hair with this colour instead just a few highlight to look cool actually. LOL. Back to the point, I was going to dye this purple, but mistakenly the hairstylist dye my hair with a red highlight which I wasn't very satisfy at first. With this screwed up hair colour, I guess I just have to live with it, but turn out I love this hairstyle more than ever as I look fairer and more energetic (at least I think so) . That's how I got this red colour on my hair. After I got this highlight, I went to the hair salon once more and get my hair straighten. Here are some pictures of my hair:

2 In A Row!!!

Yay! I found a reason to blog today because I just watched 2 freaking awesome movies and I decided to write a review. I went out with a few friends and watched 2 movies in a row, I Am Number Four and Sanctum.

First of all, I went to watch I Am Number Four without looking up the story on the internet. I do this now and always because I don't like to spoil my feeling about the movie and all the anticipation especially if there's surprises in the movie. However, I did searching for the synopsis of Sanctum because we never plan to watch this movie.

Okay.. I'll shut all the talking crap and go straight to the main point now. First of all, I Am Number Four has NO ending! Yea, no ending and I am dissapointed! That is because the story will continue at the part 2 of the movie. At the beginning of the story, I sort of feel bored. The story is scattered and I can't pick up the idea, AT FIRST. But at the midway of the movie, I started to feel excited. The main concept of the story can't be considered as fresh new (typical alien movies), however, this movie blown me away by its awesome visual design and action scenes.

The cast wasn't bad too. Starring by Alex Pettyfer, Dianna Agron, and Teressa Palmer. Pettyfer is the one that also stars in the movie 'Beastly' while Agron is one of the cast in 'Glee'. This is the 2nd time I mistakenly thought that Teresa Palmer was Ali Larter. Damn they look so alike! Overall, I would rate this movie 3.8 out of 5.

Next that would be Sanctum. I've been wanting to watch this movie and now I've watched it, I am proud to say that I am so not gonna regret this! This movie is thrilling, blood pumping and touching at the same time. If you are going to watch this movie, please go for 3D. You will see something that you have never seen in your life before. The scene in the cave is the most mesmerizing one and one of the most amazing mother nature I've ever seen. The deepness and mystery that are waited to be explore just too beautiful for me to stand.

Besides of the amazing visual effects, the plot is done well too. Like other disaster movies, many people dies, but somehow it touches me. It makes me realize something. Believe in someone that actually cares about you, cause ther are the person that will die for you. I nearly cry at the end but I manage to control myself. Even though I like this movie, I still hope for another ending. I mean not the sad one and the typical one (everyone dies except the hero). Overall, I will rate this movie 4.5 out of 5. :)It's too awesome to be missed!

Well.. that's all for today. I hope to keep you all update with some new movie reviews! Cheers!

Night of Glam and Fame (AMSA Dinner and Dance : Bedazzled The Limelight)

Hey guys, I am here again blogging. this time about a dinner I went last night. Yesterday Aimst Matriculation Student Association (AMSA) held an event namely 'Dinner and Dance' with the theme of B'dazzled The Limelight (living your hollywood dream). Well.. it was a great night, with lots of friends and course mate. We ate, danced and photoshot plus I was performing a dance. There was no night in AIMST better than this one. :D

Everyone knows I always prepare well for dinner event. So... yesterday I started to prepare at 4 o clock sharp. Putting on make-ups on myself and friends, doing my hairdo, and other stuffs. This cost me a lot of time. When I was finally prepared, it was already 7. Since I was one of the performers, I had to be there by 7 while the dinner started at 8. (Don't know why lah.) During the whole party, we were taking pictures all the time. Everyone was dressing so awesome and pretty (for girls)/handsome (for guys).

My performance went great too (at least I think so). I hope everyone had fun last night. One of the most orgasmic part was the open dance floor. Now only I know that AIMST students partaaaaay really hard. I can see that everyone was crazy to the max on the stage of course including my friends that never been to the dance floor with me before.

Well.... the most regrettable things I had last night was not bring my own camera, at the end I didn't have any pictures in my hand (sad). Plus I didn't take any pictures of me on the red carpet which I should've do. Whatever....

Here are some pictures are I grab from my friends facebook so that I can actually blog about them. All credits goes to them. :)
