Download Videos and Musics from Youtube

I've been trying to search for a really good Youtube downloader for free, however, the problems are many of them require you to pay for the software before you use and some of them, the speed was really slow. It takes like maybe half an hour for a video. There are also problems like the softwares are too complicated to use as it might require you to copy link address or whatsoever that makes it difficult for newbies. Now here's a software that I am using, Vdownloader. It has none of the problems above, so this is my recommendation and the link to download it.

This software is kinda awesome and my roomies and using them as well due to my recommendation. One thing I like about Vdownloader is that it is easy to use, and you can download videos from Youtube in different format, for example mp3, 3gp and so on. You can choose to download the video, or only the audio part which is really nice if you only want to download the music, not the video together. Vdownloader download things at a very high speed too which is why I fancy it so much. It only take less than 15 minutes for a video (at least to me).

Vdownloader is easy to use if you are a beginner to youtube downloader. First search for the video you want, and click on the share button. You will see a link after that. Copy the link and paste it on Vdownloader, there's a space for it. In my case, I always copy the link in youtube, and the link will automatically goes to my Vdownloader. I don't know whether this applies to all computer but yes, this is so convenient.

However, there is a thing I dislike about Vdownloader. Sometimes they require you to upgrade your software before allowing you to download some of copyright protected videos. I hate it so much when I like the video and they wouldn't let me download it. But still there are a lot of videos which they allow you to download on youtube, so this is certainly not a big problem.

This is really an awesome software to use. It saves you a lot of time and energy plus, it is free!

About Facebook Chat Box.

There are a lot of people who does not know what is all the symbols in the chat box mean, neither do I. So I search them up and going to let everyone know now.

The green circle means the user is currently active and is available to chat with.

The gray colour half moon means that the user is idle and have not been active in Facebook, either on the wall or chat box, for more than 10 minutes. He/she might not be available to chat.
The gray circle means that the user is offline or log out from Facebook. You would not be able to send him/her message through the chat box but you can send them message through the inbox.

If you are online and active on Facebook, but does not want anyone to prompt you on the chat box, you can always set your chat box status to offline by clicking on the option tab in the chat box list and click 'go offline'.

I also saw there are some people asking question like will Facebook automatically sign you out if you have been idle for a very long time. The answer is NO. You will just remain idle until you start to have any activity on Facebook. (I've even try once for like 8 hours, and I just remain idle for the whole night.)

Now if you have many friends in your friend list, and the chat box is getting too packed, you can always sort them to group in the 'edit friend' tab on the top right of your Facebook page. Then at the chat box list, click on the 'friend lists' tab and you can choose which group of friends you want to display in your chat list.

It's actually quite easy to figure out all these. This post is seriously meant for Facebook beginners and people who does not know much about the chat box thingy. If you know about all this stuffs, congratulation, you are a serious Facebooker and you can kindly ignore this post. :)

Heartbreaking? Get Away From The Music.

It's really reasonable for someone to grieve after breakup and listening to music does help sometimes. However, sad music makes a sad people become 'sadder'. Since music is infectious and this will definitely done no good to your healing.

First of all, how would a music makes you feel sad? The beginning of a breakup require a lot of dealing with memories and losses. Music helps u recall back a lot of memories. This is especially for those music which are highly autobiographic, they usually make listener feel closer to the message that the lyric writer want to convey and of course they make listener feel related to the song somehow.

I believe everyone have the feeling of relating our own situation to a particular song. I always have the feeling of "Oh, this song was refering to me!" or "Gosh, I feel like what the song is feeling!". However, this may cause us become more grief. It make us recall what we used to have and what we have lose. This is absolutely hurting for someone who need to get over with a breakup.

There are some songs I know that give me feeling like that. For example, the singer T-Swift. Her lyrics are highly autobiographical. She said before that she write songs after breakup to get over with it. With songs which are so emotional, I suppose it will also increase the sadness in us and doing no help at all except summoning tears.

Therefore stay away from all the sad music and turn on the volume for songs that make you want to dance when you are dealing with breakups. Music is a good way to heal and chase away the gloom if you know how to use it well. :)

The Face Book

'You don't get to 500 million friends without making a few enemies.'

Finally I watched the movie "The Social Network". Hmm.... I don't actually know how to write a review for this movie as I find it quite boring but the story is interesting. First of all, if you haven't watch this movie, don't go and google a summary of the plot. Otherwise, it will really spoil yor opinion to this movie.

Okay, for those who don't know what movie is this, "The Social Network" is about the story of Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook. creating the social website which initially named TheFaceBook. The founding of this one of the most popular social website required a lot of intelligence, money, legal cases, and betrayal. However, Mark Zuckerberg lives through all this and he is currently the youngest millionaire. (wish you were him huh? LOL)

The story of this movie isn't bad at all, but the way the movie is presented is too common and few surprises is created. I might felt this way because that I had a very high expectation on this movie. After googled up about the story, and when I watched it, I felt like nothing much I can expect from the movie. Apart from this, the story was okay enough for me to give it a thumb, but not enough for me to stand up and clap for the movie.

However, I did learn something from this movie. Mark Zuckerberg created Facebook out of nothing and this social networking website has really brought a great impact to the world especially the internet users and youngsters. Now let's see why Mark Zuckerberg created this website at the first place. He was actually trying to create a website called 'FaceMash' which similar to the myspace competition ' Hot Or Not'. After he showed his intelligence in 'FaceMash', he came out with a social network named 'TheFaceBook'. Initially this website is only limited to Harvard Students. Its purpose was to let people share their personal and social information on the internet. At the end, this social networking website has spreaded to other universities and finally the whole world.

Nowadays, who doesn't have a facebook account? Even my mom has one. Out of 10 internet users, I believe there's only 1 who doesn't have a facebook account. One of the thing that we usually do is checking out on other facebook profile. It doesn't matter we know that particular users or not. Sometimes, we checked out on a person's profile just to know about their personal information that you wouldn't really go and ask them. Especially that facebook has a profile picture feature, you would definitely know if your old friends try to reconnect with you and with just a few clicks, you can know almost every basic information you need to know about him/her for example, birthday, current location, relationship status and so on. This is really convenient if you want to know anything about someone in your network

I believe this is the purpose why Mark Zuckerberg created Facebook but it also bring a lot of troubles, internet diseases such as stalking. With Facebook, people can simply stalk on other on their profile time to time. This is why that we should never share too much information on this type of social networking website to reduce risking our own safety. When technology gets too develop, problems occur like what Mark Zuckerberg faced when he make a big leap on human social networking. There are pros and also cons so caution must be taken.

To all the facebooker out there, enjoy this movie, and happy facebooking!! xx

Shop Till 'I' Drop

It's Saturday again! One of my favorite day in a week. Today I went shopping with my 2 other roomies.

Firstly, we got our dinner in a restaurant near the mall. The dinner was not bad, spicy a little bit though. After we headed to the shopping mall and started to hunt for fellow clothings and shoes. I am a serious and aggresive shopper, every one who know me would have know that. :p Therefore I bought a pair of shoes with RM20, a handbag with RM35 and a hair straightener to replace my broken one.

After that we went to Tesco to get our sundry goods. I bought some foods and also an iron. FYI, I've been living without an iron for more than 4 months. That was until my mom persuaded me to get one is the supermarket. Due to the lacking of cash in my purse, I stopped picking up things and put in my shopping cart. haha. At the end when we paid for our stuffs, 'uh-oh' I have insufficient money to pay for my roommate and my stuffs. I borrowed money from another roommate and paid for them.

When we are about to go home, we realize that we do not have transportation to go back to hostel. Desperately, we found a cab outside the supermarket. Unfortunately the taxi driver said that he have to pick up his customers first before he could come back and fetch us. So we waited him for like half an hour. At lasttt...we were home!

Awww..... I have a really great day with my dear roomies and friends. Nothing is more joyous in the world than shopping with my heart out. heeeheee... that's all for today. Tata!

The Most Adorable Mummy I've Ever Seen

I went to the cinema last Sunday and watched the movie 'Adele: The Rise of The Mummy'. At first I thought of watching ''Unstoppable', but then I decided that I need something more exciting (the title did sounds exciting), I watched it.

As I mentioned just now, the title sounded like it's a typical horror mummy-movie. However, it turns out that it was a comedy. The movie was all about Adele Blanc-sec, a journalist and also a adventurer, trying to resurrect a mummy which previously is a doctor, so that he could save her sister's life. At the meanwhile, she struggle with another young man, Andrej to solve a crisis involving a pterodactyl.

This movie was full of humour and some of the time, it was breathtaking. I especially love the part that the mummy weren't like those we saw in 'The Mummy' series movies. Apart that they spoke like a normal human being, they acted like one too. Except that their appearances were mummy-like, they were like one of the cartoon in the animation movie.

Another thing I like about this movie is the cast. They didn't use any box office success stars and neither did any big appearance for the movie, they still touched my heart and made me laughing my heart out though. If you even try to google this movie, you will realize that the movie don't even has a wiki page.

The only thing that I dislike was the ending. The ending was sort of meaningless. It also left me hanging when the story ended and I didn't even realize the story ended. Apart from this, it was overall a good movie and you definitely have my recommendation on this movie. :)

Sigh.. Back to the day..

Holiday just ended. Honestly I love this holiday very much. Even though there are times that it is boring, but I felt the warmth and joy that my friends and family brought me. Meeting up with the BFFs and my loved ones really swept away all the stress and problems I had in college. Hope to see them soon.

This holiday I watched a few movies, the amount didn't reach my target though. I will try and spare some time to write reviews for them. Just remember to check back to my blog. :)
